When we book in your session, you will receive payment details. We ask for payment prior to your session to confirm the booking. Please note that NDIS and BeConnected Participants will not be charged directly.

Connect, Sit Back and Relax while we show you how to get around your Technology Challenge. If you're having a Remote Session, we will talk you through the connection over the phone, step by step. It's easy!

If you hate using online forms, just give us a call. If we don't answer, there is a good chance we're helping someone with their Technology Challenge, just leave a message and we will call you right back.

    Session Prices & Inclusions

    If you are eligible for the Australian Governments Be Connected Program, some of your Sessions may be FREE of charge. Contact us for more details and to arrange your first session.

    If you are an NDIS Participant, please speak to your Support Coordinator to regarding your training requirements and funding arrangements. We are very flexible so please feel free to contact us.

    Payments & Invoices

    We accept Credit Cards using our Payment Gateway, Square. We can also provide an Invoice to ABN holders. To confirm your booking, your payment should be made at least 24 hours prior. If payment is not made prior to the session it may be cancelled. If you have any problems or concerns please let us know.

    Remote Sessions

    We use ZOOM for our remote sessions, if you're not accustomed to ZOOM, that's fine. We explain everything to you and talk you through getting connected before we get started.

    Onsite Sessions

    Onsite sessions are limited due to the physical location of our coaches. We try to accommodate where we can. For some onsite sessions we may need to charge a small travel fee if the distance is to far out. We'll let you know before we go anywhere.

    Session Lengths

    Don't worry if your session goes a little over time. We aim to get it all done in the time allocated, but we do understand things don't always work as planned. We don't mind going a few minutes over to make sure you're happy, so if it looks like the time allocated is going to blow out, we will give you the option to purchase some extra time to make sure cover everything.
